We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Q. Are the prices on the website in American dollars?

Yes, all prices found on CanadaGeneric.com are in U.S. dollars.

Q. Why do some drugs have different names in Canada?

Some medications are marketed under a different name in Canada. These brand or trade names are decided by the manufacturers. The medications will have the same active ingredients, but they may look slightly different in shape, colour or size.

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

At this point in time we do not ship any of our products outside of the United States.

Q. How much is shipping?

CanadaGeneric.com charges a low $9.99 shipping cost on every order, regardless of size.

Q. What if I find my medication cheaper elsewhere?

If you find your medication(s) cheaper at any other online pharmacy, we will price match with them. Simply, call toll free 1-800-258-0861 and one of our patient care specialists will price match for you during the ordering process. Please have the name of the pharmacy and website URL address ready for verification.

Q. What if I need to return my order?

Q. How do I order?

Click here to view our 3 easy ways to order.

Q. Is a prescription required to order prescription medications?

Yes. We require a valid U.S prescription for all prescription medications. Some medications sold from Canada (such as Zyrtec) do not require a prescription.

Q. Do I need to send in my original prescription?

Once you have placed your order either by phone or online you are required to mail in your original prescription to us at P.O. Box 88614, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 0X1, Canada.

* Note: This address is ONLY for original prescriptions. Product returns will not be accepted at this address.

Q. Is there a limit on how much I can buy?

Yes, we can only fill the quantity as defined on your prescription and under Canadian laws and regulations, we can only send out a 3 month supply per order, per patient for each medication. The medications dispensed to you are for personal use only. You may not purchase medications for resale or redistribution.

Q. Can I buy controlled substances from Canada?

No. We do not ship or sell any narcotics.

Q. Are all drugs available in Canada?

No. Not all medications are available or sold within Canada. We do have the majority of medications available to you at CanadaGeneric.com.

Q. Are all drugs less expensive in Canada?

Most products are less expensive especially generic products that we carry.

Q. I am an existing customer and refilling my prescription medication. Do I need to send you my prescription again?

No. We keep your prescription on file. You will be required to send us your new prescription if you are ordering a new medication or if your existing medication is expired or has run out of refills.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order is processed delivery can take up to 12 business days.

Q. How soon can I re-order my medication?

We suggest that you re-order your medications(s) when you have approximately 4-5 weeks remaining. This ensures that you receive your order in plenty of time prior to running out.

Q. How long are my refills good for?

You will have as many refills as your doctor has authorized you to have on the prescription that you fax in to us. The maximum your doctor can authorize is a one year supply. Due to government regulations, your prescription and refills will expire one year from the date it was written.

Q. Do I need a prescription?

A prescription is required if the product(s) is sold by prescription in the customer’s jurisdiction.

The FDA, due to the current state of their regulations, has taken the position that virtually all shipments of prescription drugs imported from a Canadian pharmacy by a U.S. consumer will violate the law.
